employee, self-employed, biz owner or investor?

according to Kiyosaki we have 4 Quadrant in life: either we work for people (employee), works for oneself (self-employed), people work for you (employer/biz owner. or money works for you (investor). So where is our status? E (employee), S (self-employed), B (biz owner) or I (investor)?
or even to the extent of becoming Philanthropist!!!

the POOR dad will always ask his son to work hard and get a degree then go for a good job. he believes that the job is a security and the future! the RICH dad on the other hand, believes that life was more important than money, but money was import. for supporting life. He often asks why work hard for money? Learn to have money and people work hard for you, and you can be free to do the things that are important.
I wonder if any of you have a Rich dad or a Poor dad? Good luck...if you don't have a Rich dad, what happens? well...create one...you become the Rich dad......so that your children will not suffer or experience as what you have undergone before.
