still on unemployed graduates and SPM leavers

....besides graduates, the SPM leavers--- those finishing their secondary school exams--are found all over the shopping complexes in KL City, lingering around, passing their time just talking, laughing and joking among themselves from morning till late evening! What a waste of time? But sometimes we can't blaim them because some of them did try to look for jobs, unfortunately jobs are limited for them. Unless of course they are willing to take over all those manual jobs that are given to foreign workers from Indonesia, India, Nepal, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines and many others. many of them are bumiputeras, not many chinese or indian-Malaysians are found hanging around the shopping complexes. Why is this happening? Probably the main factor is the culture or the attitude of young malays who like to lepak (hanging around) with their friends and their attitude of self improvement is slow or maybe they don't have the will power or desire to find or to spend a fruitful time that brings benefits to them in the future. of course once they are accepted for universities' admission..it's totally a different ball game together.
...all are being trained to become employees (E) in the future, their dads always advise them, "work hard in school, get good grades then go to university, after that get a good and decent job with the government." that's why you can see almost 80% of government employees are bumiputeras; infact in some departments there are almost 100% bumiputeras. but the non-bumis esp. the chinese...they are not interested working in the Govt., they might as well become self-employed (S)...they prefer to sell soya bean drinks or ABC ice water on the road sides rather than joining the army or police or any clerical jobs (SPM qualifications) in the Govt. sector. After several years..... if they are patient enough, work hard and smart...they will move from S to Business Owners (B). This is what the RICH Dad has been advising his son.
Robert Kiyosaki, the world renowned millionaire has been writing and giving talks all over the world about the Rich Dad and Poor Dad concept. The young Malaysians, the future generation should take his advice for the sake of the country........forget about looking for the limited job scope (E) but be a biz owner (B) or at least create your own jobs (S). If they are lucky enough, be an investor (I) in later years of their life! good luck guys......

unemployed graduates and spm holders

everybody knows that Malaysia is one of the prosperous countries in Asia, esp. if compare to many other countries like Sri Lanka,India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, just to mention a few. But at the same time in prosperity we are facing poverty in terms of unemployment. we have more than 60,000 graduates from universities/colleges and 200,000 high school students leave the schools every year.
what is going to happen when there's not enough jobs being created every year..I mean the production of students/graduates in the job-market is more than than the job demand??? Surprisingly, we import more than 2.5 million workers from Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand, even from China and Africa are found in job-market here. Why this is happening? Is it our educational system is bad? we can't provide the skills for the job-market? or the students choose the wrong structure/courses? or the government's master plan is hire wire that creates confusion among the graduates. Sometimes the Govt. wants more science graduates for future mkt, suddenly they found it's too much. During Mahathir's era he wanted more ICT graduates, expecting of strong demand in ICT Industry (multi media super corridor project)...after 3-4 years..we have thousands of unemployed graduates in ICT. In fact ICT and biz studies graduates are the most unemployed graduates in Malaysia. Now there are talking about shortage of engineers, doctors and accountants.....all parents are sending their children (including the writer) to take these courses....I wonder what will happen in 4-5 years from now ( circa 2012-2013)? are these students in the above majors will be absolved in the job market concerned or are we back to square one....back to the drawing board?

employee, self-employed, biz owner and investor

where are you now? Are you an employee (E), self-employed guy (S), biz owner (B) or an investor (I)? which one do you prefer? most of us are in the E category, some of us in S, a few of us in the B and a very limited number of us are in the I category. Of course from the I category we have another limited persons in the Philanthropist.
in Malaysia we have a few people out of 24 million population that have reached the philanthropist level such the late Lim Goh Tong, Robert Kok, Syed Mokhtar, Yong Tiong Lay, and Ananda Khrishnan, just to mention a few great Malaysians.

If there are more Philanthropists in Malaysia, I think the problems of higher petroleum prices will not arise... I mean if all of them subsidize the increase of petroleum prices by giving to the public at large. The don't need the money to bring to the grave, why not help the government to subsidize the petrol & diesel to the public. If the top 40 millionaires in Malaysia contribute RM 1 billion each, we have RM 40 billion...this will help the price maintain at RM1.92 per litre not as it is now RM2.70 which is the highest in the history of petrol prices. Never happened before, the price has increased by 40% , usually less than 10-15%.

So now we malaysians must spend wisely or drive our cars only on necessity and probably go more on public transport. The Government especially the leaders.....PM, DPM, all ministers, MP's, top government officials must show a good example. They must not use the government official cars unnecessary or for personal use. If all the government transports..........cars, vans, motorbikes, trucks, boats and even executive jet belongs to PM are use officially and wisely, I think the government can safe a lot of money. even Petronas too can do its part. I wonder why Petronas needs to spend RM3.5 million a month to pay the salaries of The Philahormonic Orchestra that only caters (entertain) for the rich & famous people once or twice a month. It is the way to safe money?...why the public, the rakyat have to pay for that? Is it fair? It is justified to spend rakyat's money just to entertain a few Rich & Famous in K.L.?
If PETRONAS do not stop misuse the funds...soon the rakyat will revolt...hope it will not happen, something in the Russian revolution (1900's) or the French revolution (1800's) where the rakyat toppled down the Kings, etc.
They(Petronas) complained that the public did not understand that Petronas subsidezed more than RM400 millions in order to keep the prices of petrol lower as compared to S'pore or Thailand! but how ca we understand because this the first time they told us. Petronas should publish and let the rakyat know your budget and expenditures every year since it was formed. A lot of unnecessary expenditures have been spent by the management.

RM3.5 million a month can build 1000's of houses for the poor in the kampongs of Trengganu!
what is your comments?

employee, self-employed, biz owner or investor?

according to Kiyosaki we have 4 Quadrant in life: either we work for people (employee), works for oneself (self-employed), people work for you (employer/biz owner. or money works for you (investor). So where is our status? E (employee), S (self-employed), B (biz owner) or I (investor)?
or even to the extent of becoming Philanthropist!!!

the POOR dad
will always ask his son to work hard and get a degree then go for a good job. he believes that the job is a security and the future! the RICH dad on the other hand, believes that life was more important than money, but money was import. for supporting life. He often asks why work hard for money? Learn to have money and people work hard for you, and you can be free to do the things that are important.
I wonder if any of you have a Rich dad or a Poor dad? Good luck...if you don't have a Rich dad, what happens? well...create one...you become the Rich dad......so that your children will not suffer or experience as what you have undergone before.

jutawan is a millionaire in malay language

Everybody or at least most people in this world want to be a millionaire but unfortunately not everybody will achieves his dreams. Why? some people become millionaires at a very young age like Gates (microsoft), Young (yahoo) and some become millionaire at the very old age e.g. Col. Saunders (KFC) or Kroc (Mc Donald's).
But what's impt. is that all of them have their own dreams, goals , vision and aspirations to be one...they have their own strategies, techniques and even discipline of how to achieve want they want in life. They are a rare spices from other planets, so to speak......their behaviors, characters, the will power to succeed, leadership skills and of course their great self-confidence and people skills cannot be denied. They have what it takes to be a millionaire!!!

jutawanjoe.blog

Today, a labor day 1 May, 2008 (thursday) is my official day learning how to create my blog called jutawanjoe.blog. I'm learning the blog from Nizam at my home. though I've tried it before, this is the first time I'm being guided by Nizam who is expert in this field. he loves to read books on internet and ICT...in fact he has read more than 100 books incl. e-books from the internet line.
The purpose of my blog is for networking and exchanging ideas esp. on biz opportunities or biz ventures that we can work out together or maybe helping each other by using outsourching strategies. Another aspect is that I love to do internet biz though still in the learning process and hopefully I'll start soon. Presently, I'm also in the learning process of becoming a millionaire in 12 months time and I hope this process will succeed with some guidance from Hj. Isa. Hopefully, my friends will join me too in near future but first let me undergo the introduction training before I'll let you know the whole system.
In this turbulent, ever changing and dynamic economic world we are facing now, most of us in Malaysia are experiencing many hardships esp. with prices of petroleum, food prices such as rice & flour, chicken, tolls, etc, etc. are rising everyday. Most of us have limited means to settle our bills at the end of the month. Why does it happen to everybody esp. those who are money-earner or employee? Where are we now? What is our status as far as income is concern? Why is it not enough? Why we keep on borrowing to meet ends meet? Ask yourself this cardinal question? How many people misuse their credit cards?

The main reason is managing money and yourself? we are not taught how to manage finance during our school days, even in the universities! First let us look at our status by using Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad analogy of cash flow quadrant. Are we in the employee (E), self-employed (S), Biz owner (B) or Investor (I) quadrant? How can we move from E to B or from S to B or to I?

Are U happy working bloody hard as employee to make your boss Rich? If you do then Good Luck to U! Are U happy working for days and nights, everyday of the week without rest...working for yourself...if U stops no money comes in? No biz model & system for U to let others to implement. Without U around there's no income. How about becoming as biz owner...U have the model, the system..people work for U. U don't have to be around, the system works by itself. You can takes leave or enjoy your holiday in Bali while money keep flowing in your bank accounts. Or the best scenerio, be an investor...money makes money!

The best solution of course, is either you earn more money or you stop spending unnecessary things. Your assets must be more than liabilities. Your cash flow must be strong and stable before you can start spending. Money is the root of all evil they say. Is it true? wrong! the evil is not the MONEY but the PERSON who manages the Money. That is the Evil. If U still wants to spend and buy many things in life then U have to apply the MSI principle. It means multi-sources (streams) of income. Out there, that are many opportunities for you to grab. We have network or MLM mktg, franchising, licensing, internet mktg, e-commerce, insurance, takaful, forex, share mkt, mutual funds, bonds, unit trusts, real estate, etc, etc. If you know how to operate, manage and control the situation & scenerio...U're in the good position to become millionaire in the short period. You determine your own Destiny! Not others, not even the MONEY?

LET US TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF MSI, SO WE CAN TOGETHER MAKE MONEY AND BECOME FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT WITHOUT WORRYING HOW TO PAY OUR BILLS AT THE END OF THE MONTH.

Ok, for the moment..hope we'll keep in touch and I wish U all the best in your happy Hunting for your Dreams. May God Bless U all. Tq for your time. take care, so long...bye.
